Home Care Packages

Occupational Therapy can be accessed with funds from a Home Care Package. We are registered with a number of Home Care Package Providers and are experienced in providing appropriate Occupational Therapy care to suit your needs and care package.

NDIS

We provide person centered and comprehensive NDIS functional assessments.

Service Area

Based in Yarram, services are available from across Gippsland. This includes Wellington, Latrobe and South Gippsland Shires.

Caroline

Caroline has over 10 years experience working with clients in the Yarram community. Caroline has experience with equipment prescription, home modifications, falls prevention, cognitive assessments, pressure care and personal alarm prescription.
